Please take the MTR to Tsuen Wan Station on the red line. Take the Exit E and then you can get on the Cable TV Tower free shuttle or a taxi from there. The free shuttle is offers from 7:30am to 7pm on weekdays and 7:30 to 6:00pm on Saturdays.
